Amy Wittman is a former Garde Manager and Sous Chef, who graduated from a culinary school in Ohio, and was offered a full scholarship at Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island....where Emeril and Tyler Florence graduated. She turned down the scholarship to be able to take care of her daughter and family. Wittman has over 30 years of culinary and restaurant gourmet experience.
